Abstract

This article explores the role of management innovation in enhancing business competitiveness, using examples from Cisco and Orange. Kids Gymnastics demonstrates how corporate innovation programs and digital automation in small businesses contribute to increased efficiency and sustainability. A model for the evolution of management innovation from large corporations to SMEs is formulated.
