Abstract

This study examines the practical implementation of Korean educational programs in Uzbek pedagogical colleges, focusing on the integration of the 2+2+1 scheme for training highly qualified preschool education specialists according to international standards. The research highlights collaborative efforts between Puchon University in Tashkent and multiple Uzbek pedagogical colleges, including Qashqadaryo, Jizzax, Surxondaryo, Qoraqalpog‘iston, Qo‘qon, and Qorako‘l. The analysis emphasizes curriculum alignment, module integration, and credit system adaptation to enhance pedagogical competencies.
