Abstract

This article analyzes the essence, structure and features of the information and legal relations that arise within the framework of the concept of e-government. In the E-state system, the legal basis of information exchange, the mechanisms of digital interaction between state bodies, citizens and economic entities are considered. The state and improvement directions of the regulatory framework regulating information security, protection of personal data and the activities of State Information Systems are established.
