The accelerating digital transformation of the global economy is changing the principles, instruments, and institutional mechanisms of financial management. Digital payments, automated decision-support systems, data analytics, artificial intelligence, cloud platforms, and remote financial services increasingly affect corporate efficiency and national competitiveness. This article examines the transformation of financial management under digitalization, emphasizing the experience of the Republic of Korea and its relevance to Uzbekistan. Comparative, institutional, systems, and structural-functional approaches are applied to evaluate digital financial infrastructure, fintech development, data-driven management, regulation, human capital, cybersecurity, and financial inclusion. The analysis shows that the Korean experience is useful not as a model for mechanical replication, but as a source of adaptable institutional and technological practices. For Uzbekistan, effective transformation requires simultaneous progress in payment infrastructure, data governance, managerial competencies, regulatory experimentation, consumer protection, cybersecurity, and access to formal financial services. The article proposes an adaptation-oriented framework for strengthening the efficiency, transparency, resilience, and inclusiveness of financial management in Uzbekistan.
