Abstract

This article analyzes the composition of credits allocated to small business entities by commercial banks and the dynamics of their changes over time. The research examines the significance of bank loans in financing small businesses, their role in the economy, and the growth trends of their overall share. Furthermore, the structural framework of loans is analyzed on a scientific basis according to their types, sectors, and terms. The article identifies existing challenges in the process of lending to small business entities and develops proposals and recommendations for their mitigation. The results of the research are of significant importance in supporting small businesses and improving the bank lending system.
