Abstract

This article analyzes the theoretical and methodological foundations of education quality management, assessment criteria, and advanced foreign experiences in private higher education institutions. During the study, the practical significance of internal, external, and social control mechanisms in quality assurance, as well as the PDCA (Shewhart-Deming) continuous improvement cycle and the Kaizen philosophy, were revealed. In conclusion, it is scientifically substantiated that to ensure competitiveness in the education market, quality management must be a complex and constantly updated system adapted to the needs of the labor market.
