Abstract
This article analyzes modern methods of asset management of commercial banks and their practical significance. The essence of modern approaches such as asset-liability management (ALM), portfolio diversification, technological innovations, liquidity management, stress tests, and ESG-based management and their role in the activities of banks are deeply covered. Also, detailed information is provided on the application of each method and their advantages. The results of the study show that they expand the possibilities for banks to increase financial stability, reduce risks, and enhance competitiveness.
