Abstract

Poets, past and present, have been interested in the art of metaphorical depiction in their poetry, due to the active energies in the art of metaphor in the production of artistic painting. As previous and modern critics took care of it, they raised its value and showed its virtue, because it is more realizing the allegation process, that is, claiming that the suspect has entered the gender of the suspect, and is more able to achieve the required meaning and express feelings, feelings and emotions, when ordinary language is unable to express that. Al-Thaali used this artistic technique to express the depiction of his environment and the image of the praiseworthy, and he was creative in creating the artistic image in his poetry.This article seeks, through the analytical descriptive approach, to study the role of the art of allegorical photography in drawing the poet's artistic painting. The research concluded that the metaphorical image was multiplied in al-Tha'alabi's poetry, due to the poet's admiration for this graphic art on the one hand, and the energy of this art in formulating picturesque images. And the poet portrayed through all these metaphorical images praiseworthy, whether in that of princes or friends, as he also flirted with slave girls and boys, and sometimes described some aspects of the beautiful nature and the conditions of time. Presenting her with new clothes brought her out of her monotony.
