Abstract

This article examines the theoretical and methodological foundations, content, and pedagogical mechanisms for diagnosing the intellectual potential of preschool education organization managers. It highlights the importance of analytical thinking, problem-solving, strategic planning, creativity, communicative competence, information management, and reflective practice as key components of managerial intellectual potential. The article also analyzes the use of observation, interviews, questionnaires, tests, problem-situation modelling, expert assessment, and self-assessment in the diagnostic process. The need to organize assessment based on clear criteria, indicators, and developmental levels is substantiated. Practical recommendations are proposed for using diagnostic results to improve the professional development and managerial effectiveness of preschool education leaders.
