Abstract

At the current stage of human civilization, protecting the family and caring for children are highly relevant issues. This article analyzes historical legal sources on the topic. Attention is given to the legal regulation of marriage formation and dissolution, the legal foundations of protection, and the legal aspects. The article develops suggestions and recommendations for an effective system of developed legal norms regulating marriage and family relations, ensuring the stable development of society, referred to as social society.
