Abstract
In this article, a person who owns separate property in his own property, business management or operational management and is responsible for his obligations with this property, can have property or personal non-property rights on his own behalf and it is said that an organization that can implement them, fulfill obligations, be a claimant and be liable in court is considered a legal entity.
