Abstract

The concept of creativity in content (Latin, ing.create – to create, Creative-creator, creative) is the creative ability to develop new ideas, which is part of giftedness as an independent factor that characterizes in practice. The presence of the quality of creativity in a teacher directs his personal abilities, natural and social energy, to a high-quality, effective organization of professional activity. The teacher does not remain a creative person by himself. His creative abilities are formed over a certain period of time through consistent training, work on himself and gradually improve and develop. Creative people stand out from the crowd in every field, in every job they do. Because they do their work not only with great enthusiasm and interest, but also with ideas that usually do not occur to anyone. A teacher is a skilled mentor who is versatile, can pass each lesson in an interesting way, knows new methods and techniques and is equally loved by all students. His lesson should be full of unexpected and strange ideas.
